Housekeeper / Allrounder – Private Household, Lucerne

About the role

A recruitment agency is looking for an experienced and reliable housekeeper / allrounder for the private household of an entrepreneur couple in the canton of Lucerne. The person works closely with other household staff and is expected to play well in a team. This is a long-term, full-time position of trust.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all tasks typical of an upscale private household, including cooking well, fresh and with love; knowledge of gourmet or Michelin-starred cuisine is not required
• Stock supplies, shop and run errands, and keep the kitchen clean and hygienic
• Assist with household tasks (excluding laundry), organisation and guest services
• Handle administrative tasks and drive, using a vehicle provided by the employer
• Work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed

Required profile

• Many years of experience in exclusive private households, used to working at a high level
• Valid driver's licence (a vehicle is provided)
• German and English spoken
• Non-smoker preferred
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other Swiss residences and abroad
• Qualifications can be shown with certificates and references
