About the role
We are looking for an HR Assistant to join the People Office at EHL, a world‑leading hospitality management school. You will support the employee lifecycle, maintain accurate HR data, and help coordinate contract processes while contributing to various HR projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage administrative aspects of the employee life cycle, including addendums, mission letters, transfers and work certificates.
- Update employee information in the HR information system and related platforms.
- Coordinate contract changes in partnership with HR Business Partners.
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects across the organization.
Required profile
- Commercial CFC qualification; HR assistant certificate is a plus.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar HR administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with multicultural teams.
- Solution‑oriented, autonomous and proactive mindset.
- Native French speaker with fluent English (C1 level).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
