HR Business Partner (80-100%)

About the role

Infront is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its headquarters and international subsidiaries. The role combines strategic advisory with operational HR delivery in a fast‑paced, sports‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees across all levels and provide strategic and operational HR advice.
• Guide people leaders on performance, development, workforce planning, and compensation to strengthen team effectiveness.
• Lead and continuously improve core HR processes and annual cycles, ensuring data transparency and quality.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee and manager queries throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage employee‑relation topics, applying Swiss employment law and internal policies consistently.
• Ensure compliance with local labour law, internal governance, and Group HR policies; support audits and risk‑mitigation activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver seamless HR outcomes.
• Use people data and KPIs (engagement, retention, leadership effectiveness) to inform decisions.
• Initiate and contribute to HR projects and change initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR advisory role.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international, and sports‑focused environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Swiss employment law and HR best practices.
• Analytical mindset with experience using HR data to drive decisions.
