Regional Head of Human Resources EMEAC

About the role

The Regional Head of HR EMEAC provides strategic HR leadership for Galderma across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Canada. Reporting to the CHRO, this role partners with regional business leaders to shape people strategy, drive organisational effectiveness and ensure consistent application of global HR policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the EMEAC people strategy aligned with global HR and business priorities.
• Act as primary HR business partner to regional leadership, advising on talent, workforce planning and organisational design.
• Lead talent management processes, including succession planning and high‑potential development.
• Champion Galderma’s culture and values, using engagement data to drive action plans.
• Ensure consistent, compliant implementation of HR policies, compensation frameworks and performance management across the region.
• Build strong partnerships with Country HR Heads and global COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Lead regional change programmes, drive adoption of HR systems and digital tools, and manage risk, compliance and ethics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field; Master’s or HR qualification is a plus.
• Significant HR leadership experience in complex, multi‑country, matrix environments, preferably in healthcare, pharma or consumer health.
• Proven track record as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders.
• Experience in organisation design, change management and talent management at regional or global level.
• Strong understanding of employment practices across key EMEAC markets and ability to work across cultures.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
