HR Information Systems Consultant – Human Capital

About the role

As a Consultant in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice, you will support clients in transforming their HR operating models through the design, configuration and deployment of leading HR technology platforms. The role combines HR expertise with technology implementation to deliver high‑impact transformation projects across Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Drive HR technology implementations on platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Translate client HR challenges into effective technology and process solutions.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and earn their trust.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants, functional experts and technical specialists.
• Develop your expertise in HR technology, best practices and industry trends.
• Contribute to thought leadership and innovation in the future of work.

Required profile

• Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent professional experience.
• Understanding of HR processes, systems and organisational dynamics.
• Strong interest in HR information systems, data management and technology‑enabled transformation.
• Experience or exposure to HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and German.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on high‑quality client service.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally.
