About the role

Join Lonza's Biologics platform as an HR Intern and support the Human Resources team in a dynamic global life‑sciences environment. This position offers hands‑on experience with HR initiatives, employee relations, and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners with employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in special HR projects and initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and activities.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in a career in Human Resources within the life‑sciences or biotechnology sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with HR databases and information systems.
