HR Manager (Temporary) – 80-100% – Lausanne, Switzerland

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to cover a maternity leave from 1 August 2027 to 28 February 2028. The role is based in Lausanne and will be performed on a temporary, 80‑100 % basis, providing continuity for our HR team and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle for line managers and staff in Switzerland, including recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits and personnel administration.
• Advise managers and employees on HR processes, labour‑law matters and leadership challenges.
• Identify business needs and feed insights to the broader HR team.
• Support and align change initiatives, both local and global HR projects.
• Collaborate with Alpiq’s change management efforts and ensure compliance with Swiss labour regulations.

Required profile

• University degree or Federal Certificate in Human Resources Management (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of generalist HR experience in an international or matrix organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French; German is a strong asset.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with high client focus.
