HR Operations Professional

About the role

Partners Group is seeking an HR Operations Professional to manage the full employee lifecycle in Switzerland, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and professional HR experience for employees, managers, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, employee changes, leaves of absence, transfers, and exits.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, work permits, reference letters, and other HR documentation.
• Support family and child allowances, pension fund administration, data changes, reporting, and absence management.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate salary changes, benefits, and social insurance updates.
• Deliver a positive employee experience through introduction sessions, onboarding, leaver processes, and timely query responses.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, digitalize, and standardize HR processes.
• Collaborate with Global People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other stakeholders on European and global HR projects.

Required profile

• 8–14 years of HR Operations experience, preferably with Swiss HR processes.
• Strong understanding of HR administration, employee documentation, and compliance, with ability to learn Swiss employment law.
• Hands‑on, proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and maintain quality in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear, professional communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
• Resilience, sound judgment, and service‑oriented approach to employee and manager queries.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
