Head of People & Organization (P&O), Global

About the role

Entirely is an international group building the next generation of AI‑native marketing. We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on P&O leader to take overall HR responsibility for an international IT organization of approximately 300–400 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the international P&O team, setting clear priorities and supporting strong delivery.
• Act as HR Business Partner for a defined business area, advising leaders on people and organizational topics.
• Manage employee relations and employment‑law matters.
• Drive talent, performance, compensation and organizational development initiatives.
• Support international change and transformation projects.
• Develop and continuously improve global HR processes and standards.
• Work closely with senior management on people‑related and organizational topics.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field, with a specialization in HR Management.
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role (Head of HR, HR Director or Senior HR Business Partner).
• Proven experience leading an international HR team.
• Ideally experience in the IT, software or technology sector.
• A hands‑on, pragmatic and business‑oriented approach.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 %.
