HR Recruiting Associate

About the role

Batmaid, a Swiss cleaning services company with its headquarters in Pully and more than 4,000 trusted cleaning agents, is looking for a high-energy, people-focused HR Recruiting Associate. You will be the engine behind agent recruitment, taking ownership of the full cycle from sourcing and marketing to interviewing and onboarding hundreds of agents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting journey: creative sourcing and marketing, interviews and onboarding of agents
• Act as the first point of contact, handling calls and messages and supporting agents so they feel part of the Batmaid family
• Help drive HR initiatives focused on agent retention, skill development and overall satisfaction

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internships count)
• Fluent French and English; an additional European language is a strong plus
• Organized enough to handle many candidates at once and work fast without losing attention to detail
• Proactive problem solver who suggests creative solutions and thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
