Hub Manager – Swiss European Digital Innovation Hub

About the role

The Hub Manager will lead Raisehub.swiss, a Swiss European Digital Innovation Hub focused on accelerating AI, robotics and digital technology adoption across SMEs, start‑ups and public organisations in Central Switzerland, Ticino and Bern.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support implementation of hub activities, work packages, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate collaboration among consortium partners and act as the interface with regional industry, public organisations and European EDIH networks.
• Drive AI adoption in hub operations (website, CRM, administration) and organise workshops, training, innovation events and networking activities.
• Oversee project planning, monitoring, reporting, financial and administrative follow‑up, quality assurance, risk management and compliance with Swiss and European funding requirements.

Required profile

• Academic background in business, engineering, computer science, digital technologies, innovation or project management.
• Experience in stakeholder‑facing activities, networking, outreach and onboarding of end‑users.
• Proven project‑management experience with multi‑partner, publicly funded research or innovation projects, preferably European.
• Strong communication skills in Swiss German and English; Italian is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑supported project‑management tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams meeting intelligence, Planner/Project, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio.
• Ability to create data‑driven dashboards, KPI tracking and decision‑support reporting using Power BI or comparable solutions.
