Human Resources Business Partner – Employee Relations

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner – Employee Relations will act as a hands‑on HR advisor to clinical, operational and regional leaders across a multi‑site ABA organization. The role focuses on employee relations, workplace investigations, conflict resolution and manager coaching while ensuring consistent, compliant HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders across multiple locations, providing day‑to‑day guidance on employee relations, performance management and organizational changes.
• Conduct workplace investigations, resolve conflicts and coach managers on effective communication and people‑management techniques.
• Support the consistent application of HR policies, procedures and best practices throughout the organization.
• Develop and deliver training materials, job aids and tools to strengthen manager capabilities.
• Collaborate with the HR Director and the Director of People Experience & Engagement on tactical execution and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee relations, investigations and conflict resolution within a complex, multi‑site environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, performance‑management processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coach and influence leaders, providing practical guidance on people‑management challenges.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
