In-Store Operations / Sales Advisor - Geneva

About the role

The In-Store Operations Specialist at BOGGI Milano builds strong relationships with clients and works closely with the store team to help achieve commercial objectives. The role covers back-office operations, omnichannel sales support and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the cash register, administrative and back-office operations in the store (cash transactions, invoicing, payments, Tax Free) in line with company procedures
• Handle omnichannel sales activities such as Click&Collect and Seek&Send, meeting deadlines and guidelines
• Provide customer service support when needed and facilitate customers' interaction with Sales Advisors
• Support colleagues in the sales process and maintain a positive, constructive approach under pressure
• Manage time and daily priorities effectively

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in retail back-office/operations, preferably in the premium fashion sector
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good command of French and English; other languages are a plus

Required skills

• Good proficiency with IT and management systems
• Cash handling and invoicing
