Senior Sales Advisor - Geneva

About the role

Boggi Milano, a fashion brand, is looking for a Senior Sales Advisor in Geneva. As a Brand Ambassador, you welcome each client, understand their needs and guide them through a personalised shopping experience, both in-store and online, while helping to strengthen the brand image and achieve sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service, promote the brand, products and loyalty programmes, and guide customers toward the best choice
• Build long-term relationships with clients and foster trust and loyalty
• Promote omnichannel sales such as Click&Collect, Seek&Send and in-store tablets
• Contribute to individual and team sales targets
• Handle customer requests or complaints professionally with the Store Manager
• Maintain store order and image in line with brand standards
• Support omnichannel flows and inventory activities, and assist with cash operations in line with company policy

Required profile

• Strong passion for fashion and customer service
• Elegance, empathy and good relational skills
• Proactive, results-oriented and eager to learn
• Positive, collaborative team spirit
• Previous experience in fashion, luxury or premium retail is a plus
