About the role

TalentCloud Group is looking for senior recruiters who want full autonomy, high‑margin earnings and the backing of a respected Swiss brand. As an Independent Recruitment Partner you will run your own desk, focus on senior‑level searches and benefit from a network of experienced partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop a niche market of your choice (IT, Engineering, MedTech, Finance, etc.).
• Conduct end‑to‑end senior‑level searches, from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain client relationships with complete commercial freedom.
• Collaborate with other senior partners when mutually beneficial.
• Choose your work location – Geneva, Zürich, remote or hybrid – and manage your schedule independently.

• Proven senior recruiter with a track record of delivering high‑value placements.
• Independent consultant seeking a stronger platform and unlimited earning potential.
