Information Security Analyst – Disaster Recovery

About the role

The Nordwand Group is seeking an Information Security Analyst to support a client in Switzerland. The role focuses on defining, testing and validating Disaster Recovery (DR) and Service Continuity requirements, helping service owners understand technical dependencies and create robust recovery plans.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain DR/Service Continuity security standards, toolkits and control requirements.
• Collaborate with business and IT service owners to communicate and enforce DR control requirements.
• Conduct security assessments, reviews and testing of DR solutions.
• Validate and document DR plans, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
• Provide guidance and support to service owners throughout the DR planning and testing lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Can‑do attitude and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (Swiss nationals, permit holders or EU citizens).

Required skills

• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Service Continuity concepts.
• Experience with security standards and control frameworks.
• Ability to conduct security assessments and testing.
