Information Security Manager (GRC)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join a leading cyber‑security provider in Zurich. You will work on consulting projects, help clients manage cyber risk, and implement robust ISMS solutions across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on risk, compliance and ISMS to client organisations.
• Conduct IT security assessments and design governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain reporting and control mechanisms for security programmes.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, translating technical solutions for non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Fluent German language skills.
• Minimum five years of experience in cyber security.
• Proven experience with ISO 2700x standards and NIST frameworks.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
