Information Technology Security Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Security Specialist to join a customer in Switzerland. This operational position will manage ongoing corporate security work packages and support the delivery of project‑related objectives, focusing on cyber, technology, information and data risk assessments across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and operational experience on information security, technology, data privacy and risk management across the organisation.
• Offer strategic guidance and hands‑on expertise for security, technology and data risk matters.
• Conduct risk assessments for new and existing initiatives covering technology, security and data‑privacy requirements.
• Review existing standards and baselines, and develop new ones as needed.
• Perform compliance reviews and audits of the organisation’s information assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar security or technology‑risk role; senior‑level candidates preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CDPSE, ISO 27001, CISSP, CISA, ITIL or COBIT are a plus.

Required skills

• Technology and security risk assessments.
• Knowledge of cloud concepts and security controls.
• Understanding of AI risks and associated controls.
• Familiarity with operating systems, databases and application security.
• Experience with operational risk concepts for IT systems.
• Knowledge of cyber‑governance and risk‑management practices.
