Information Technology Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Support Engineer to deliver high‑quality, on‑site assistance to end users across the organization. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting, asset management and premium support for VIP users, ensuring smooth operation of the corporate IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face onsite IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS and application issues.
• Support laptops, desktops, thin clients, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Deliver Microsoft 365 support for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Offer priority, white‑glove service to VIP and executive users.
• Perform IMACD activities: device deployment, moves, upgrades and disposal.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, CMDB updates and hardware replacements.
• Support Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and MFA.
• Log, update and resolve incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Maintain SLA compliance and produce accurate ticket and technical documentation.
• Follow security, compliance and IT governance requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, French and Spanish (mandatory).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in global customer support.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
