Insurance Account Manager – Sales Support (Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Insurance Account Manager / Sales Support professional to join our team in Switzerland. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for brokers and corporate clients, delivering exceptional service and driving new business and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for brokers and intermediaries, responding promptly to inquiries and building strong, trust‑based relationships.
• Track quotations and renewals, support the pre‑sale process, conduct eligibility checks, product comparisons and pricing coordination with underwriting.
• Prepare SME quotations and proposals for international medical insurance accounts and represent the company at industry events.
• Manage policies from inception through renewal or cancellation, coordinating with underwriting, claims, finance and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate broker activity records and client data in CRM systems and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance account management and sales support, preferably in international health or medical insurance.
• FINMA certification as an independent insurance broker.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail, strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to work across cultures, especially with teams in France and APAC.
• Fluency in French and English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
