Wholesale Area Manager – Jewellery

About the role

The Wholesale Area Manager – Jewellery will lead Guess' jewellery business across the assigned territories, driving profitable growth and ensuring strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute concrete sales plans to meet monthly targets and seasonal campaigns while protecting profit margins.
• Monitor commercial KPIs (cancellations, reorders, contributions) and intervene promptly to address sales drops.
• Analyse sales data, prepare seasonal budgets, and manage replenishment programs.
• Train, motivate and support agents and distributors to achieve commercial goals.
• Oversee client activities, ensuring compliance with marketing, merchandising and channel development guidelines.
• Coordinate trade‑marketing execution, contractual issues and collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in wholesale or jewellery sales management.
• University degree and excellent written and spoken English; additional European language is a plus.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel 20‑30% of the time.

Required skills

• Expert level in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with planning and analytical systems.
