Interior Designer for Specialty Coffee Roastery (Al Khobar)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced interior designer to create a 200 m² specialty coffee roastery and content studio in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The project translates a locked brand identity into a functional, brand‑consistent space that supports production, visitor flow and camera positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a zoning plan covering the five main zones of the roastery.
• Produce three flow diagrams (production, visitor, camera) to optimise operational efficiency.
• Create 3D renders with camera perspectives and a dual‑layer lighting plan.
• Prepare a material schedule with supplier references, focusing on travertine, dark walnut, maroon leather and aged brass.
• Design the signature Bag Numbering Station and deliver detailed construction documents.
• Provide a phased execution plan with budget estimates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in F&B or retail brand‑led interior design (non‑residential).
• Strong portfolio of similar projects.
• Ability to work under clear, decisive direction while maintaining brand consistency.
• Availability for project‑based work on site in Al Khobar.
