International Baccalaureate (IB) Teacher – Math, Sciences, Arts

About the role

Collège Champittet seeks experienced International Baccalaureate (IB) teachers to deliver high‑quality instruction across subjects such as Mathematics, Sciences, Human Sciences and Arts within the IB Diploma Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Teach IB Diploma courses in subjects like Math, Physics, Sciences, Human Sciences or Arts.
• Use a variety of teaching approaches, including ICT integration, to deliver the curriculum.
• Act as a learning coach, setting objectives that motivate and challenge students.
• Adapt teaching to the strengths and needs of all learners, including those with special educational needs.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents about their children’s progress.
• Provide students with regular, constructive feedback both orally and through accurate grading.

Required profile

• University degree in the relevant subject area.
• Teaching qualification at graduate level or above.
• Qualified IB teacher with proven track record of at least seven years’ experience, preferably in an international school.
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility and team spirit.
• English mother‑tongue and working knowledge of French.
• Clean criminal record.
• Swiss/EU citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit.
