About the role

Collège Champittet, a historic school in the Lake Geneva region and part of the Nord Anglia Education network, is seeking a Primary Teacher to join its vibrant, multilingual community. You will deliver high‑quality primary education, fostering learner agency and upholding the school’s values of respect and trust. You will collaborate with a diverse faculty, contribute to multilingual curricula, and support the school’s commitment to academic excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Create a quality teaching environment that encourages learning, learner agency and positive discipline.
• Act as a coach by setting challenging, inspiring, and motivating learning objectives aligned with the Collège philosophy.
• Adapt teaching to each pupil’s strengths and needs, including high‑ability and special educational needs students.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s achievements and progress.
• Provide students with regular oral and written feedback, ensuring accurate assessment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and PGCE or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of proven teaching excellence, preferably in an international setting.
• Native English speaker with fluent French.
• Valid Swiss work permit and clean criminal record.
