International Customer Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

As an International Customer Supply Chain Specialist you will ensure the smooth movement of goods across borders, supporting operational excellence and high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners and customers to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international logistics activities, track shipments and provide timely status reports.
• Prepare, validate and manage shipping documentation to meet export and regulatory requirements.
• Apply knowledge of customs, Incoterms and global shipping standards to ensure compliance.
• Identify root causes of logistical issues, remove obstacles and protect on‑time delivery performance.
• Maintain transparent communication with suppliers, customers and logistics partners to anticipate risks.
• Use SAP transactions to monitor, analyse and resolve Idoc failures for first‑time‑right order execution.

Required profile

• Experience in international customer service, export operations or transportation management.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, shipping documentation, letters of credit and customs requirements.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

• SAP (O2C and P2P processes)
