International Employer Branding Internship (6 months)

About the role

Join the Maison as an International Employer Branding Intern for a six‑month program. You will work closely with the Employer Branding and Academic Relations team to roll out the new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across all external channels and help shape Cartier’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Infuse the new EVP into external channels, updating copy, assets and exploring new formats.
• Create engaging content (text, images, video) that showcases culture, values and employee experiences.
• Develop employee stories, testimonials and ensure consistent branding across all materials.
• Maintain and update the careers website, monitor brand reputation and track performance analytics.
• Execute the employer branding social media strategy on LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other platforms.
• Identify and liaise with agency partners for videography and post‑production.
• Support crisis management for technical issues on external platforms.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro (optional).
• Graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva (optional).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Glassdoor platforms.
