International IT Services Specialist

About the role

The International IT Services Specialist provides on‑site and remote technical support to Lombard Odier users across the EMEA region. The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing hardware and software, collaborating with infrastructure teams, and occasionally managing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support Microsoft technologies including Windows 11, Office 365 and Teams.
• Manage Mobile Device Management for iOS and Android devices.
• Assist with network infrastructure under Level 3 supervision and perform second‑level troubleshooting.
• Maintain the CMDB (NetBox) and collaborate with the Systems Team on ESX infrastructure.
• Install, configure and patch laptops, desktops, servers, switches and printers.
• Support Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and documentation.
• Participate in budget preparation, contract management and vendor negotiations.
• Oversee contractor activities during office moves, shutdowns and openings.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, engineering or a related field.
• At least 7 years of proven IT technical support experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % across EMEA offices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
