International Private Bank Treasury Associate

About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase’s International Private Bank Treasury team as an Associate, supporting analytical work across balance sheet, liquidity, profitability and global treasury initiatives. You will produce senior‑ready analysis, partner with finance, risk, business and technology stakeholders, and help improve treasury reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support operational processes and controls for loan and deposit booking to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Produce recurring and ad‑hoc analysis on balance‑sheet, liquidity, interest‑rate risk and profitability for the Private Bank.
• Perform funds transfer pricing analysis and link impacts to product pricing and performance measurement.
• Prepare concise senior‑ready materials that clearly communicate insights, drivers and recommendations.
• Collaborate with finance, risk, business and technology partners to gather inputs, clarify requirements and deliver analysis on schedule.
• Identify and support process‑improvement and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.

Required profile

• Experience in an analytical role within banking or financial services (treasury, finance, ALM, product control).
• Basic understanding of treasury and banking finance concepts such as balance sheet, liquidity risk, interest‑rate risk and profitability metrics.
• Ability to structure problems, analyse data and draw clear, well‑supported conclusions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in an international environment with global stakeholders across time zones.
• Attention to detail, ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with Python, Tableau or similar analytical and visualisation tools (preferred)
