International Rewards Specialist

About the role

As an International Rewards Specialist at Cartier, you will support the Compensation & Benefits function across a global portfolio. You will work closely with Rewards and HR Performance Managers to deliver salary reviews, bonus schemes, long‑term incentives and a range of rewards projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate rewards‑related topics and act as a liaison between Rewards, HR Performance and Finance teams.
• Support salary review cycles and other compensation processes, including bonus and long‑term incentive programs.
• Drive rewards projects such as benefits, pay transparency, mobility, analytics and performance management.
• Provide benchmarks, trend analyses and competitive positioning insights.
• Generate, develop and analyse complex compensation data on an ad‑hoc basis.
• Ensure staff cost data is aligned with finance for business decision support.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent in Business, HR, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably with consulting exposure.
• Strong data management and analytical capabilities.
• Project‑management experience and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent English communication skills.
