Internship - Business Solution Management, Digital Health Products

About the role

Roche Information Solutions (RIS) in Rotkreuz is looking for a Business Solution Management intern for its Digital Health Products area, starting in January 2027 for 12 months. The intern supports the development and delivery of digital solutions for lab and healthcare professionals in a collaborative, international environment, working alongside a solution leader.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the solution leader in planning, coordinating and executing cross-functional solution projects, including creating project plans, preparing workshops, drafting minutes and tracking action items with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analyse data trends in digital health, focusing on diabetes, cardiometabolic, oncology and neurology, to support business decisions and affiliate team growth.
• Support daily operations such as organising internal team meetings, managing events and tracking budgets.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree within the last 12 months before the start date, preferably in Business Administration, Business Management, International Business or Business Economics.
• First internship experience in a corporate environment.
• Professional written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Proactive, well-organised mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of the healthcare sector (diagnostics, pharma, health insurance, digital health) is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred.
• Virtual collaboration tools such as Lucidspark or Monday are preferred; Miro and Trello are a plus.
• Familiarity with large language models (e.g. ChatGPT) is considered an asset.
