Intralogistics Operator – Warehouse & Materials Flow

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Intralogistics Operator to ensure the smooth flow of materials throughout receiving, warehousing, picking, and packaging processes. You will collaborate closely with Production, Planning, and Procurement teams while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and process incoming materials using FIFO principles.
• Execute goods receipt transactions and inventory movements in SAP MM/WM or a comparable ERP system.
• Perform warehousing tasks such as picking, kitting, stock transfers, and material supply.
• Deliver materials to production and shipping areas on time and accurately.
• Package medical device products and accessories according to work instructions.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness and 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Apprenticeship or vocational training in logistics, warehousing or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in goods receiving, warehousing and inventory management.
• Valid forklift licence (minimum Category S2).
• Good German language skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Flexibility for shift work and occasional Saturday work.

Required skills

• ERP experience, preferably SAP MM/WM.
• Forklift operation (Category S2 licence).
