Investor Relations Associate - Dutch Speaking - Private Equity

About the role

An established European private-markets investment firm is looking for an ambitious Dutch-speaking Investor Relations Associate to join its growing investor-facing team. The role sits at the intersection of private equity investing, product strategy and client servicing, supporting the communication, positioning and ongoing coverage of a diversified private-markets offering for institutional and professional investors. It works closely with investment teams, distribution professionals and senior relationship managers.

Key responsibilities

• Support investor-relations, fundraising and client-servicing activities across private equity and broader private-markets strategies.
• Prepare presentation materials, product updates, due-diligence questionnaires, RFP responses and client communications.
• Translate investment strategy, portfolio developments, market themes and performance information into investor-facing content.
• Coordinate investor queries and information requests with investment, legal, compliance, operations and distribution teams.
• Help prepare materials for investor meetings, annual general meetings, advisory-board meetings and fundraising campaigns.
• Maintain investor databases, marketing collateral, fund information and internal knowledge resources.
• Support the development and positioning of private-market products for Dutch-speaking institutional and intermediary clients.
• Monitor private-markets trends, competitor activity, investor requirements and regulatory developments.
• Contribute to process improvements in reporting, investor communications and product governance.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in investor relations, private markets, private equity, fundraising, wealth management, asset management, investment consulting, product specialist or client-servicing roles.
• Strong knowledge of private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate or other alternative-investment strategies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Fluent Dutch and English are essential; German and/or French would be advantageous.
• Professional, collaborative and client-oriented approach, comfortable interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders.
