Investor Relations Professional – Hedge Fund (Zurich)

About the role

We are a high‑performing, privately held investment firm seeking a mid‑level Investor Relations professional to support day‑to‑day IR activities and drive investor communications and marketing initiatives. The role acts as the central link between the investment team and external stakeholders, ensuring the firm’s strategy, performance and value proposition are presented clearly and consistently. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, commercially minded and comfortable balancing relationship management with content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Support ongoing communication with existing and prospective investors, respond to information requests and coordinate follow‑ups.
• Assist in preparing investor reporting materials such as quarterly reports, presentations, factsheets and data‑room documents.
• Maintain and update investor databases, CRM systems and distribution lists.
• Support fundraising processes by coordinating materials, tracking investor engagement and managing timelines.
• Assist with investor meetings, calls and events, including preparation of briefing materials.
• Contribute to marketing materials development, including pitch decks, one‑pagers and written commentary.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across investor‑facing documents.
• Support website and digital content updates where applicable.
• Help produce thought‑leadership pieces and market commentaries in collaboration with senior team members.
• Collaborate with investment, finance and operations teams to gather data and ensure accurate, timely communication.
• Improve IR and marketing processes, documentation and workflows.

Required profile

• Up to 10 years of experience in Investor Relations, fund marketing, capital raising or a related function.
• Background in asset management, private markets, investment advisory or financial services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; finance, economics or business‑related disciplines preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced, lean environment.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of investor expectations.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for managing investor data.
