Investor US Tax Reporting Specialist

About the role

Our client, a leading international investment firm, is expanding its Private Markets Tax team. The Investor US Tax Reporting Specialist will support the annual US tax compliance process and provide ongoing tax expertise for private equity and real estate funds.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the annual US tax compliance process, coordinating and reviewing tax returns prepared by external advisors.
• Collect and consolidate information for US tax reporting in collaboration with external service providers.
• Support ongoing US tax matters related to private equity and real estate funds.
• Establish and oversee operational tax procedures and internal controls.
• Monitor changes in international and domestic tax regulations and assess their impact.
• Manage ad‑hoc tax projects and related processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Tax, Finance, or Accounting.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in international tax, preferably at a Big Four or reputable tax consultancy.
• Experience with fund structuring, asset management, investment fund distributions, and investor tax reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
