iOS Product Engineer

About the role

Mobility is looking for an iOS Product Engineer to join its headquarters in Rotkreuz and help shape one of its most important customer touchpoints – the native iOS application. You will work in a cross‑functional product team, collaborating with designers, backend engineers, QA specialists and product managers to deliver high‑quality mobile experiences for thousands of users across Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve Mobility’s native iOS app using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Design and implement new features in close collaboration with UX, product and engineering teams.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing and deployment.
• Integrate backend services, SDKs and third‑party components while ensuring performance, stability and maintainability.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with mobile developers across product streams to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of application architecture, quality and user experience.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience developing native iOS applications.
• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2/C1) – mandatory.

Required skills

• Swift and SwiftUI.
• RESTful API integration.
• SDK and third‑party library integration.
• Bitbucket, CircleCI, App Store Connect, Firebase, Google Tag Manager.
• BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and NFC (considered a plus).
• Kotlin (Android) – advantageous for cross‑platform collaboration.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
