IT Engineer – Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Engineer focused on network infrastructure to join our team. The role involves operating, maintaining, and supporting LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, ensuring reliable connectivity for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN solutions.
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot routers and switches.
• Implement and oversee network security, firewalls, and access control platforms such as Cisco ISE, Palo Alto, and Zscaler.
• Provide L2–L3 support, resolve network incidents, and coordinate with ISPs and vendors.
• Maintain documentation, produce management reports, and contribute to network projects, upgrades, and migrations.
• Occasionally support Microsoft 365 services and Azure infrastructure.

Required profile

• Minimum B2 level English.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise networking equipment (Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, ISR routers, WLC, Cisco ISE).
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS, DHCP) and dynamic routing.
• Good communication skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
