IT Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

The Infrastructure Engineer will join a dynamic Global IT organization supporting offices across Europe, the US and EMEA. The role focuses on day‑to‑day operations of local office infrastructure and the maintenance of critical services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and operate network, video‑conferencing, Linux servers and provide help‑desk support.
• Own Active Directory and DNS infrastructure for US/EMEA, ensuring high availability and migrating components to Microsoft Azure.
• Improve O365 security posture, roll out MFA, SSO and manage Zoom and Microsoft Teams infrastructure.
• Lead IP‑phone system rollout for EMEA and partner with Security Engineering to deploy DLP and EDR clients.
• Support engineering community by installing, upgrading and backing up Linux servers.

Required profile

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, O365 and related security platforms.
• Experience with Zoom integration, Fortinet SSLVPN, Beyond Identity SSO and Microsoft SCCM.
• Familiarity with NIST cybersecurity framework, GitLab, Windows and Linux system administration.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Ansible, PowerShell) and ITIL v4 certification.
