- Coordinate IT teams, external advisors and vendors to run integration/separation roadmaps, manage project risks (RAID) and protect business continuity.
- Capture lessons learned to improve IT M&A playbooks, estimation models and blueprints for future transactions.
Required profile
- Proven track record managing the full IT transaction lifecycle, from due diligence and Day 1 readiness to post-close integration, separation and TSA exit.
- Deep technical grasp of cloud, infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity and core enterprise applications (ERP, QMS, LIMS, CRM, DMS).
- Hands-on experience structuring TSA/SSA service catalogs, defining SLAs/KPIs, managing vendor transitions and executing exit strategies.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity, data integrity and GxP/CSV regulatory standards in life sciences or CDMO environments.
- Strong matrix leadership, communication and problem-solving skills under deal-line pressure.
Required skills
- Financial modeling for deal costs, including standalone costs, stranded costs, synergy targets, technical debt and TSA pricing.
- RAID management, dependency tracking, budgeting and executive reporting.
What we offer
- An agile, dynamic working culture and an inclusive, ethical workplace with collaboration across a global organisation.
