IT Manager – Technology Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead technology operations for Paymonade, a global payment‑technology provider. The role covers the full ICT environment, regulatory compliance (DORA), user support and business continuity across Liechtenstein and remote locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s ICT environment, including laptops, endpoints, networks, access control, VPNs, productivity tools and internal systems.
• Implement DORA‑required processes such as incident detection, change management, continuity monitoring and documentation, and support audit preparation.
• Provide hands‑on user support, onboarding/off‑boarding, access provisioning, and deliver training on IT hygiene, MFA and phishing awareness.
• Administer identity and access management, directory services, SSO and MFA; monitor internal networks and ensure performance of collaboration platforms.
• Oversee IT service tickets, SLAs, and manage relationships with SaaS vendors, hardware providers and other suppliers, ensuring compliance with outsourcing rules.
• Maintain backup, endpoint recovery and secure restore procedures; participate in resilience testing and continuity exercises.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end ICT environments in a distributed setting.
• Familiarity with DORA or similar ICT regulatory frameworks and audit processes.
• Ability to provide hands‑on user support, enforce least‑privilege access and conduct security training.
• Experience with identity and access management, network monitoring and business‑continuity solutions.
• Strong vendor management skills and ability to maintain service‑level agreements.
