IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology projects for a leading international organization operating in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. The role bridges business and technology teams across multiple regions to ensure projects meet strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and deliver IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into technical workstreams and project roadmaps.
• Facilitate communication between infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, data and business teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies, ensuring governance and quality standards.
• Coordinate international teams across different time zones and organise steering committees, status meetings and executive reporting.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards, support change management and user adoption.
• Manage third‑party vendors and technology implementation partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex international environments.
• Previous technical experience in software development, infrastructure, cloud technologies, systems engineering or enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
