About the role
Lead and manage individual IT projects for the International Electrotechnical Commission, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective collaboration across stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in line with stakeholder needs.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, allocating resources and monitoring progress.
- Provide regular status updates and performance metrics to management.
- Promote adoption of PMO methodologies and support continuous improvement of project tools and processes.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, and engage internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of hands‑on project management experience.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
- Proven experience defining and implementing project management methodologies.
- Good knowledge of software development life‑cycle stages.
Required skills
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Extensive project management experience (10+ years).
