IT Support Specialist – Client Demo Environments

About the role

Akkodis is looking for an IT Support Specialist to prepare and run client‑facing demonstration sessions. You will ensure that all audiovisual and interactive equipment is ready, operate the demo tools during live sessions, and resolve any technical issues in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical environments before client sessions, including configuring screens, video walls and peripherals.
• Set up and test audiovisual equipment (screens, video walls, touch interfaces, audio devices) to guarantee full functionality.
• Provide on‑site support during live client sessions, operating demo applications such as MultiTaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, display, and signal issues instantly.
• Manage input switching (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, adapters) and adjust resolution or screen behavior as needed.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AV systems and meeting‑room environments.
• Ability to react quickly under pressure and maintain a professional, service‑oriented attitude.
• Strong communication skills for client‑facing interactions.
• Detail‑oriented, autonomous and reliable when working onsite.
