Java Developer – Client Onboarding (Digital Banking)

About the role

You will develop and operate services for a new digital onboarding and product‑launch platform in the banking sector. Working in a newly created DevOps team, you will shape solutions from conception through security to production operation on a long‑term project running until September 2029.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java/Kotlin services for digital client onboarding and product launches.
• Implement and verify technical solutions while adhering to internal and external security standards.
• Continuously improve DevOps workflows, operational processes, and service reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners, business engineers, and architects to define optimal solutions.
• Advise the department on technical feasibility and possible implementations.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in software development and/or DevOps roles.
• Recent (last 3 years) experience in client onboarding, digital product closing, or client lifecycle management within the financial sector.
• Computer science degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Team‑oriented, communicative and flexible with strong collaboration skills.
