IT Support Specialist (Fixed-term)

About the role

Worldline is seeking an IT Support Specialist on a fixed‑term basis to provide onsite technical assistance across its Swiss locations. You will work directly with users to resolve hardware, software and network issues, ensuring smooth operation of corporate IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure workstations, printers and related peripherals according to Worldline policies.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, including operating system errors and peripheral malfunctions.
• Assist the global network team with physical setup, troubleshooting and maintenance of routers, switches and other network devices.
• Provide user support and training on new systems and applications.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of IT equipment and ensure documentation is up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Higher education in IT engineering, telecommunications, IT security or a relevant professional qualification.
• Previous experience in a first‑ or second‑line IT support role.
• Ability to coordinate IT projects and work collaboratively with global teams.
