IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Opfikon. The role involves providing first‑ and second‑level technical assistance to internal users and ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third‑party vendors to remediate complex audio‑visual problems.
• Maintain ticket updates and communicate status and resolution promptly.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Cisco Jabber and basic Mac OS environments.
• Repair and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other authorized peripheral equipment.

Required profile

• Valid work permit for Switzerland.
• Several years of experience in the IT field.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
