IT Support Technician – Kiosk, Smart Hands & End‑User Support

About the role

D‑ploy is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide on‑site end‑user device assistance, operate an IT service kiosk, and deliver “smart hands” support for global IT teams across its EMEA locations.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑user devices including laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Run the IT service kiosk for walk‑in users and handle first‑line incident management.
• Provide smart‑hands assistance such as patching network cables, physical checks in server rooms and basic troubleshooting under remote guidance.
• Manage hardware replacement, setup and the full device lifecycle (install, move, add, change, dispose).
• Ensure compliance with GxP and other regulated‑environment procedures while rotating with internal staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT support, service‑desk or field support.
• Strong user‑facing communication skills in English and French.
• Team‑oriented, flexible and comfortable working in multinational environments.

• Windows operating system.
• Microsoft O365 suite.
• Basic networking concepts.
• Hardware troubleshooting.
• Ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar.
