OT Project Manager

About the role

D-ploy is seeking an experienced OT Project Manager to lead the delivery of operational technology infrastructure and manufacturing system projects across regulated environments. You will work closely with IT, OT engineers, business users and vendors to ensure successful, compliant implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OT infrastructure and system projects from initiation to delivery.
• Lead implementation of new lab and manufacturing systems.
• Coordinate stakeholders including IT, OT engineers, business/lab users and external vendors.
• Control project scope, timeline, budget and compliance requirements.
• Ensure GxP validation steps are incorporated into all deliveries.
• Support change management and deployment planning activities.
• Report progress to digital and IT leadership teams.

Required profile

• Strong IT/OT project management experience.
• Background in regulated environments, preferably pharma.
• Understanding of validation lifecycle (CSV / GxP processes).
• Vendor management experience.
• Stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Flexible, team‑oriented and experienced in multinational settings.
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
• Ability to provide a recent criminal record extract (not older than three months).
