IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a senior IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimise our on‑premises IT environment in Geneva. You will ensure high availability, security and performance of critical infrastructure services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Windows and Linux servers, VMware, storage and backup systems.
• Administer core services such as Active Directory, DNS, GPO and PKI.
• Automate operations using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code.
• Lead infrastructure migration, separation projects and disaster‑recovery readiness.
• Maintain technical documentation and support security/compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in on‑premises IT infrastructure engineering and operations.
• Strong background in Windows Server, Linux, VMware, enterprise storage and backup solutions.
• Good understanding of networking, AD, DNS, PKI and infrastructure security.
• Experience with Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
