Junior Chef de Rang – Full-time Server

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Chef de Rang to join our award‑winning restaurant in Montheron, Switzerland. The role is full‑time and involves delivering high‑quality service in a fine‑dining environment that values sustainability and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and wine lists, and take orders with attention to detail.
• Serve dishes and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow.
• Assist in setting up and resetting tables for each service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in restaurant floor service (minimum one role).
• Professional appearance and a positive, courteous attitude.
• Strong eye for detail and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Team‑player mindset; willingness to support colleagues.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a sustainable gastronomy concept.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food, wine and local producers.
• Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently.
