Junior Controller & Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Controller & Data Analyst to join our team at Liebherr Machines Bulle. In this position you will support the finance function by monitoring costs, analysing variances and helping to shape future budgets and plans.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor expenses by cost centre and ensure accurate reporting.
• Analyse profit-and-loss variances, both financial and analytical, and provide commentary.
• Assist in the preparation of cost-centre budgets and participate in monthly closing activities.
• Contribute to the development of future financial plans and forecasts.
• Design KPIs and build performance BI reports/tools together with functional managers.
• Carry out specific data analyses and drive optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in controlling or data analysis, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Fluent in French and English with good knowledge of German.
• Strong analytical mindset, good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Solid knowledge of an ERP system.
